Under new management since December 2009, the Avon Causeway provides four star accommodation in a country setting, only five minutes from Bournemouth International Airport.
It is ideally situated for you to take advantage of the many country pursuits available in the New Forest & Avon Valley, as well as the sailing, shops and theatres in Bournemouth and Poole.
The inn has been developed on the site of the 1870's Bournemouth to Ringwood railway, with many items of railway memorabilia still remaining, including a Pullman Carriage, which provides unique private dining facilities.

Our lounge bar offers Cask Marque accredited Wadworth ales, and a suitably stocked wines & spirit selection, all of which can be enjoyed with a meal from our newly created menus using fresh, quality ingredients, rounded off with a good espresso or cappuccino.
For that special occasion, the Pullman Carriage is a unique venue for between 20 to 40 guests, for events such as weddings, anniversaries or family gatherings, as well as our renowned Murder Mystery events.
